This is my final project for fashion illustration from last semester...and a glimpse of my room!

I took this picture with my new digi(it arrived yesterday for Valentine's Day! Yaaay, thank you mommy!♥), my old one seizured on me a lil after Thanksgiving(oops), so I wasn't able to take pictures of:

My Fashion Illustration final that was due last week, actually... I turned in the final presentation board for this project and didn't get a chance to take a picture=(...but here is the roughness of it...we had to take ideas that were absurd to put together...and well I picked....

And then I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the final booklet for this project either! Oy...lots of pictures to take after I get them back...but I did snag a picture of the sewn up garment...

After I turned in my test I walked out of there and started silently screaming and jumping up and down and dancing in the hallway because I was so elated to have everything done!! And then Ciel, Teresa, & Veronica (my fashionistas!) came out and all 4 us started hugging each other and jumping up and down and left the building skipping in the snow and yelling, "WE'RE DONE!!! WE'RE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

And seriously I can not believe it's all O-VAH! And I can't believe the work I did just in this week let alone the whole semester! I have never worked this hard in my whole entire life!! Flat Pattern is the hardest class ever! I have seen so many girls cry because of this class, lol...this is because the Prof's are assholes who intend on making the class almost impossible so they can weed people out...ahh! Well guess what, bitches! I aint go nowhere! Ha! I did it!! I did it!! I really made it through this insanely ridiculous, work intensive, never sleeping, holy cowness semester! Oh and 2 jobs on top of it all! I have never worked so hard for a vacation!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This amazing girl, Nicole, had incredible mixes to listen to at studio...and this one song was amazing and just pumped the life back in me whenever it played and Kristine & I just had to dance every time we heard it...Jem "They"....yes, my new obsession (but I still love Frou Frou!! And Postal Service! I love music more than you'll ever know! ♥x100,000,000!)...but yes...so I looked up Jem, and she happens to be the artist that sings the song from the preview for Closer!! ♥♥!! Save Me, 24, Wish I, Just a Ride, and the famous Come on Closer...so many wonderful songs that I now adore!! I ♥ beautiful music!! Ok...I seriously need to start a packin'....

Lacey bought me flowers today because she loooooves me! There's this little flower shop on Marshall Street that has been my "secret" place to go to, I love just looking at the gorgeous flowers and I end up falling in love with them and buying them for my friends...little things.....and now everyone knows about this place and goes there and buys flowers for their friends...I've started a little flower happiness chain!!!

I finally saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind the other night...really good movie, it was done in a resfreshing and beautiful way by an excellent cast...I also enjoyed the preview for "Garden State"...that looks so good! The Sun is out in Syracuse!!!

Today at work I fell in love with a pen...I got bored and had nothing to do and I just started doodling, and played with the copy machine and WWD (Women's Wear Daily, best FASHION magazine EVER!!!)...something sparked inside and all these ideas kept spewing on to the paper, my hand could barely keep up...I just got lost in the doodle and found a part of myself that I felt like I'd lost so many years ago...I've fallen in love with art all over again...

...so after work I checked my voice mail...sister, mom, lacey, the usual...and then I get to this one...I can't really make out what it is, and then I realize it's Blink 182's "I Miss You"...and then after the chorus I hear Andrew go, "Anyways, saw this on tv and I thought I'd call you, you should see me, I look really cute. See ya later. Bye!" AWW! I love little things like that, especially since he knows how much I looove that song...I dunno why, but when I hear the drums in the beginning of the song I start bouncing and dancing like a giddy retard...it's the little things in life that make you smile so grandly...
